FLEET FEET MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Fleet Feet's Mentorship Program is a 10-week long program offered in the spring and fall, and is focused on professional growth, skill development and networking opportunities for mentees and mentors. It’s a space to break down barriers, increase communication and build stronger working relationships.

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS

Our employee resource groups (ERG) are voluntary, employee-led groups that are formally supported by Fleet Feet. We value ERGs because they build and support community, encourage a culture of belonging and inclusivity, provide leadership development opportunities, encourage collaboration and support innovation across the brand.

ERG

Fleet Feet's Mental Wellness ERG fosters a supportive community for employees to openly engage in mental wellness exploration. Using education and social connection, we challenge each other to show up in the workplace with empathy and compassion as our whole selves.
